What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and do the work. That can include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your suburb, and the address of the job
• Details of the work you want done, and any photos you send us
• Your answers to the questions on a form, and notes from our conversations

How we collect it

You give us your details when you call, text or email us, when you send the quote form on this website, or when you fill in an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram. The quote form on this website opens your own email app, so nothing is sent until you press send there.

What we use it for

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• To arrange and carry out the work
• To send invoices and keep our business records

We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to it, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Replying to your enquiry is not marketing.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details. We only share them where it is needed to do the work or run the business, or where the law requires it. That can include:

• Tradespeople and suppliers working on your job
• Our email and website providers, including Microsoft and Vercel
• Our accountant or other professional advisers

Facebook and Instagram

If you enquire through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers and passes them to us. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website.

Our website

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It does not use cookies, and we cannot use it to identify you. This website does not use advertising cookies. If you switch between the light and dark look, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs so the site can run and stay secure.

Storing your details

We take reasonable care to keep your details safe, and we keep them only for as long as we need them for your job and our records. Some of our providers may store information outside Australia.

Seeing or changing your details

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we do not need to keep them.

Please contact us first and we will do our best to sort it out. If you are not happy with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
